Moran Shahar Interior Design (“the studio”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits the website or contacts the studio.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we store it and what rights you have.
It was written in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment No. 13, which came into force in August 2025, and the regulations issued under it.
The person responsible for the information collected through the website is Moran Shahar, who works under the name Moran Shahar Interior Design.

We only collect the information we need to get back to you and provide our services.
Information is collected in two main ways:

Providing your information is entirely voluntary, and you are under no legal obligation to do so.
However, without your name and contact details we cannot get back to you or handle your inquiry.
Our forms include a checkbox where you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to the use of your information for the purposes described in it.
When you contact us through the WhatsApp chat assistant, sending your message means you agree to your inquiry being forwarded as described in this policy.
Analytics and measurement cookies are only activated after you consent to them in the cookie banner.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by changing your cookie settings, and this will not affect any use made before the withdrawal.
To reply quickly, inquiries sent through the website’s forms and chat assistant are automatically forwarded to Moran Shahar’s WhatsApp using an automated messaging service run by an external provider.
The message contains only the details you provided in your inquiry.
A copy of your inquiry may also be sent to the studio’s email inbox.
These messages pass through the servers of the messaging provider and of WhatsApp, and may be stored there in accordance with their own policies.
The studio does not sell, rent or trade personal information.
We only share information with service providers who work on our behalf as data processors, and only to the extent needed to provide their service:
Our service providers are required to keep your information confidential and to use it only to provide their services to the studio.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, by court order or by a competent authority, or to protect the studio’s rights in legal proceedings.
Some of our service providers, such as WhatsApp, Google and our email providers, store information on servers outside Israel.
Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001.
Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser while you browse the website.
When you first visit the website, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject cookies that are not essential.
You can change your choice at any time through the website’s cookie settings, and you can also delete cookies through your browser settings.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from working properly.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
Details of inquiries that did not lead to a project are deleted after a reasonable period, once they are no longer needed.
Information about clients who work with the studio is kept for as long as needed to manage the project, provide aftercare and meet legal obligations such as tax and record keeping requirements.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of Google Analytics.
The studio takes reasonable and accepted measures to protect your information, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017.
Among other things, the website uses an encrypted connection, and access to information is limited to those who need it to provide the service.
However, no system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection against intrusion or unauthorized access.
If a serious security incident occurs, we will act as required by law, including notifying the Privacy Protection Authority where necessary.

The website is not intended for minors, and the studio’s services are offered to adults only.
If we learn that information about a minor was submitted without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete it.
The studio may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the website, its services or the law.
The current version will always be published on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top.
If we make a material change to how we use your information, we will post a prominent notice on the website.
