The price depends on the size of the property, the scope of the service and the level of finish.
At the first meeting, which is free, we build a transparent and precise budget framework together.
No surprises later.
A 3 to 5 room apartment usually takes 3 to 6 months, including a full renovation.
A private house takes 8 to 12 months.
Timelines are agreed in advance, and I keep to them.
I have a network of contractors and tradespeople I have worked with for years and trust completely.
If you have your own contractor, I am happy to work with them too.
An hourly consultation is ideal for focused questions such as colour, furniture or layout.
A full project includes planning, visualizations, managing the works and support until the very end.
